Services: Includes all tasks and consultations provided by service providers through the platform, such as academic support, educational consultations, research preparation, and other related services.
Payment: It is the amount of money that the customer pays in exchange for obtaining services through the platform.
privacy policy: It is the document that explains how we collect, use and protect personal information of platform users.

1. Eligibility to Use the Services
- Individuals and legal entities with full legal capacity are entitled to use the Platform and benefit from its Services.

- The customer can request a refund if the agreed service is not provided according to the specified standards, and each case is evaluated individually by the platform's customer support team.

8. General Terms
