Definition of words

Enterprise platform: It is a platform that aims to connect service providers with clients wishing to obtain specialized educational and consulting services, and similar artistic, scientific and technical production that serves the university education sector and the labor market in digital products.

Service Provider: It is the person who provides his services through the platform, and this includes university students and those enrolled in master’s programs..

Client: It is the person or entity that benefits from the services provided through the platform..

Services: Includes all tasks and consultations provided by service providers through the platform, such as academic support, educational consultations, research preparation, and other related services..

Profits: The amounts of money that the service provider receives in exchange for providing services through the platform, after deducting the commission percentage and other specified fees..

privacy policy: It is the document that explains how we collect, use and protect the personal information of platform users..

terms of use: These are the terms and conditions that govern the use of the platform by service providers and customers..


After reviewing the basic definitions, we present below the terms and conditions for using the Hassan Al-Bayti platform for educational consultations and student services. Please read these terms carefully to ensure compliance and adherence to all requirements to ensure a smooth and fruitful experience on the platform.

 

1. Eligibility to provide services

Applications from service providers are accepted from university students studying in the second year of their specializations and up to two years after graduating with a bachelor’s degree.

Applications for Master’s programs are accepted up to two years after graduation.

– A valid ID and university transcript must be presented for verification and transfer of earnings purposes.

 

2. Commission rate

- Hassan Al-Bayti platform charges a commission of 20% on any service provided to a customer outside Yemen, distributed as follows:

  – 8% Electronic payment gateway fees.

  – 12% Platform Administration Fee.

- If you provide the service to a customer from within Yemen, the service commission will be 12% only.

 

3. Transfer of profits

Profits are transferred to service providers within Yemen with a minimum of $50.

Profits are transferred to service providers outside Yemen with a minimum of $100.

– Profits are transferred 10 days after the end of the last service to ensure quality and resolve potential disputes.

- No amount subject to the service implementation phase will be transferred until it is completed and the customer’s satisfaction is confirmed.

 

4. Transfer fees

The service provider bears the profit transfer fees.

- Transfer fees from within Yemeni territory are subject to the pricing of local banks and banks (if any).

Outside Yemen, transfer fees depend on the commission for sending to a PayPal account or any other means agreed upon between the two parties, taking into account the commission terms mentioned in Clause Two, as well as Clause Three.

 

5. Service dissemination and communication

The services provided are published in the name of the institution.

The platform team sends requests to service providers, and if the service provider needs details from the customer, he can do so through the product’s electronic control panel, where there is a special box for notes, through which the customer can follow up on his request.

- In the event of a problem in providing a service, you must contact the customer service employee who will in turn analyze the problem and provide appropriate solutions.

– The rights of the service provider are preserved through a service coding system with two codes: the initiator (service provider code) and the suffix (service type).

 

6. Obligations and Warranties

The service provider is committed to providing services according to the agreed standards, with high quality, and within the period stipulated in the service.

The service provider undertakes not to share any confidential information related to the clients or the institution.

The platform has the right to amend the terms and conditions, and service providers will be notified of any changes by email or through the platform’s website.

- In the event of an unjustified delay, and the customer reports the delay and it is verified, 10% will be deducted from the service amount, and the customer will be compensated with a discount coupon or another service equivalent to the deducted percentage.

 

7. Disputes and Termination of Agreement

- In the event of a dispute, it will be resolved amicably between the two parties. If no solution is reached, the competent legal authorities will be resorted to.

The platform reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the service provider in the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

The Service Provider may terminate the Agreement with a written notice of not less than 30 days.

10. Terms of Use

  • By using the Foundation's platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to use the platform for any illegal or immoral purposes..
  • Service Providers are prohibited from uploading or posting any content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains harmful or offensive material..
  • Your login details must be kept confidential and not shared with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been hacked, you must immediately notify the platform..
  • The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any Service Provider who violates these Terms or engages in unacceptable behavior..
  • The Platform shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including, but not limited to, damages resulting from loss of data or profits..
